These are about what I expected. Outdoor use approved, but don't let the battery pack get submerged. The warm white color is more white than warm but it is also not cool white. Takes 3 AAA batteries (not included). Easy to hang. Did not tangle much when unspooling. Several light patterns to chose from at the touch of a button, but the flashing options were too fast and very stark, and I didn't prefer those effects. The slow wave and steady on suits my purpose better. Would have liked to see a better price on these. If Walmart can sell a 50" Vizio Smart TV for $128 as a Black Friday deal, this light set shouldn't be $11. It should be around $5-6 at best. However, since these lights can be placed anywhere you don't have an outlet, the item wins points for that.
Much improved battery compartment that doesn't require unscrewing tiny screws to change batteries. Looks to be a better quality than most battery operated Christmas lights.
Bought these to wrap around my mantle and around my stockings. There's about 6 different light movements. Lights are bright and beautiful!!! My only regret is that I didn't get several sets of them.
I love these lights! They throw more light than I expected for battery operated. I have them outdoors on my porch and i love the fact that i dont need an electric outlet. I also love that they have a timer so I can set it and forget it.

These lights are great and allow for a clean look without cords. I use them on holiday garlands I mount in openings and down my stair railing. I do wish the batteries lasted longer but, I will say I used the timer feature which is convenient because they turn on the same time each evening and stay on for 6 hours before turning off.

This is not the size i ordered according to the description. I received from what appears to be the mini size light set. I am not happy with the order and for the price. It will probably be returned.
