An absolute life changer for Women's Health and Periods! It changed my life beginning of 2021 I started to take this formula, I am at my 4th bottle already, I have seen a huge huge improvement. I have zero period pain, absolutely manageable moods prior periods and an impeccable cycle and blood flow. I used to struggle with pre period acne and so far, this formula has soothed my hormones so much that I have clear skin throughout the month. I take it in the morning before any meal with a big glass of room temperature water. I also add 2 drops of Schisandra (its an adaptogen) and Astragalus Root. I drink this and wait for 30 minutes before taking a breakfast. It really did wonders for me I hope it can help you as much as it has helped me. I have started having premenopausal symptoms and at the suggestion of a friend who is a naturopath, I decided to give Dr Christopher's products a try. I have ordered this tincture as well as the Hormonal Changease Formula. I have started taking these two tinctures over the last few weeks and although I cannot yet comment on the full benefits I may experience since it has only been few weeks of usage, I can comment on the taste and how easy is to take this product being a liquid form. The taste is sweet and spicy which I quite enjoy. I will continue to take it since being consistent is key to benefit from its properties.

This product has made an improvement! I took it for about a week now and I'm not getting much hormonal acne anymore. The taste is not bad. The package came fast and packed well.

I am waiting to experience the benefits of this multi composition herbal formula. It should make an improvement in my hormonal balance. It is spicy to taste and had an interesting scent as most herbs do. I like the Great packaging in a glass bottle. A great supplement with quality ingredients.

The taste was livable if strong, but I didn't notice any change in my hormonal levels or reproductive ability and I took this product for about 3 months.

I got very bad mood swings and depressed Stopped using it though I realized this was the cause only after two weeks administration. I vouch for the brand as I have used other formulas successfully but this did not suit me .
