I was on the fence about dishing out this much money on a single meal for the 4th of July. But it was WELL worth every penny! The taste was phenomenal! Texture sensational! Zero disappointments! These ribs made the perfect family meal come together. So much meat on each rib…and hardly any fat. I was glad we went with these. Tbh, I was full with a single rib and a few side dishes.

Just too expensive but taste is truly delicious. Not a lot of meat on the bone makes it a purchase that is not a good value. But, if you think about a restaurant meal, it's the winner in price. Two oven roasted %26 coated with Jack Daniel's bbq sauce ribs each, for 2 ppl makes a nice meal with cheesy garlic mashed potatoes %26 buttered green beans! Yummy!

My family loves these! I cut the beef short ribs into bite size chunks and marinate them for about 2 hours in a Ziplock bag with Dale’s seasoning, minced garlic and pineapple juice. Then grill the ribs either inside using a cast iron grill pan or outside on the grill and serve over a bed of Jasmine rice. I have to buy several packages of the beef ribs as everyone eats more than one serving! They are juicy, tender and so very delicious! There is no need to cut off extra fat as they are trimmed to minimize the fat. DELICIOUS!

when I do the shopping I take a little more care when I pick out the the ribs it feels like this one's delivered and I don't think the delivery person took the time to choose more carefully but besides that the quality is excellent if you don't get a fatty one

Title: More fat than meat Flavor is good, but the cuts are inconsistent. Some pieces end up being mostly fat and bone with very little actual meat. You spend more time trimming than cooking, and sometimes there’s barely anything left to work with. Not the best value for what you get.

The short ribs came as 4 to a package. 3 of the ribs had nothing but fat and bone. The fourth rib had meat and lots of fat. The taste was okay but I would have never paid $17 for that. Unfortunately, I had my groceries delivered. I would have never bought that myself.
