The response in shipping and delivery was very fast. I love the color and the different Face choices. I am so in love with it!! I also have to say, as learning what I can do on it, I accidentally had clicked on the sound and my husband and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Lol it was my Bluetooth on mi iPhone. Since my ears are quite small, standard earbuds and Bluetooth headsets don't fit me well; however, wearing this watch ensures I never miss a call—which is a huge plus, considering how massive modern smartphones have become. The buttons are indeed very smooth to operate, and I was able to download the companion app to link it directly to my phone—it's incredibly convenient. I had a FitBit watch that was continuing to act up so I started looking for an alternate Android-connectable smart watch to replace it. After researching several, this is the one I purchased. It's much more responsive than my FitBit, it has more options, like answering phone calls, it's lighter- weight, and i like the style more. Very happy with my purchase so far!

The watch is very nice and very easy to set up and pair with phone. I found another face that I liked and changed from the one showing. Now I just need to get used to the difference of my Samsung that I've had for quite a few years. This watch has so much more on it and costs so much less.

Really like this watch, gives a sports watch feel with a circular dial and big circular screen. No complaints - love the aesthetics - works comparable to apple watch. Additionally, I found its battery life lasts 2 days unlike apple watch that needs charging everyday. Overall feedback: Good bang for my buck!

Love this watch! I'm used to wearing a Fitbit which is smaller and it didn't pair to my phone anymore so I had to buy a new one. My previous Fitbit failed as well in about a year. I am trying my luck with this smart watch and I'm loving it so far with all the technology it has. I had no trouble pairing it to my phone and it makes an audible sound with texts and phone calls. I love the beautiful face design and can read my steps, heart rate, and calories with ease. This was a fantastic sale price and hope it lasts longer than my Fitbits.

for a watch that is $180 full price, it's definitely not worth that much. it's pretty to look at, and it helps me track an average of my steps, but the mechanics are really off (touch screen is either super sensitive or doesnt pick up at all; and my biggest issue is it will not set to the right date) and the app is too crowded. also, the ai help in the app doesn't help at all and the customer service number on the back if the package says no one is available to take my call. it almost feels like a scam across the board. considering returning.
