Cinch Book Binding Tool V2-11.5"X8"X5"

I was so excited to get this cinch machine. It's on point works wonders on notebooks. Cuts and bind wonderfully. Great investment. Love using! Really recommend having one.

I watched many videos of the Cinch in use by other crafters. It looked easy to use. I just wish the directions were a little more thorough.

This binding tool works great. I wish I would of purchased this soon. No reason to wait....this is a great tool at a wonderful price. One of my favorite things ever purchased from Walmart!

So far it seems to work fine. I would have preferred the square holes but they are much more expensive. I have the smaller cinch but this helps get more done.

Nice little machine. the only thing missing is the instructions printed of the Cinch like the others I saw. Sometimes the pegs get a little stuck but pushing it in and out gets it working right. over all it does what it says and I really like it.

I reached out to Exclusive Collections to rectify the situation, but there has been no resolution. I sent them an email around about April 5th or 6th and they responded on April 8, 2023. I responded almost immediately and sent the request photos (the ones you see) along with a couple of pics with the box that showed the barcode. I didn't receive another reply until April 22, after letting them know that I hadn't heard from them. They sent the same message from April 8, 2023 asking for pictures and the product barcode. In the email the company rep says that they'd be investigating the issue, but I'm not sure this is true considering their only response is send pictures. Hopefully you can see the rust inside of the handle, but you can see in the picture the dirt or rust in each punch. My best guest is that someone used, then returned the machine and they resold it as new. All that I wanted was to exchange the machine for one that doesn't punch dirty holes. I wasn't upset about the rust as long as the machine still does what it is supposed to do. Hopefully this review keeps someone else from getting these machines from Exclusive Collections. We R Memory Keepers should be carefully with whom they allow to sell their machines, because it tarnishes their reputation as well.
