My daughter has MS and has suffered leg/calf muscle pain and spasms for over 10 years. I got these for her. She is over the moon ecstatic from the relief that these provide.
A neighbor asked to buy this after he had leg surgery. he is very happy. the pressure isnt too much and it keeps blood circulating well. Easy to.operate. Between the surgery and these leg massagers he's feeling much better.

I will have a better idea after long term use but I do think it is helping with the water retention in my right leg in particular. I do believe it is helping with the restless leg syndrome so, all in all, I am feeling positive about it.
