Cinderella (Diamond Edition) (Blu-ray + DVD)

I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter. It was easy to order online and the tracking was excellent and accurate. I would definitely recommend this !

It's the same movie it's always been! The special features are informative and fun. The reason I chose to write a review, though, is to correct a point some people might be confused about. The disc is optimized for widescreen televisions, but the movie itself is not widescreen for a good reason- the film was not made in widescreen. Sleeping Beauty is the first movie to be made in widescreen; when Cinderella was created the format didn't exist! I wouldn't want them to edit this classic into something that it was never intended to be.

I love the movie . As I could remember when I was a kid. Now my kids love the movie .

Yo can always love Cinderella! I always liked this on VHS back in the day but now I am proud to own this on Blu-Ray. Bought it about 2-3 years ago and I still love it! Great Disney classic! I love the story, but dislike the Step Sisters even tho they are funny. It really is a dream come true to fall in love and live magically happy ever after!

I don't know why it says its widescreen, because it is not, yes previews and menus are widescreen but the actual movie is not. Kinda weird that they've re-released many other movies in widescreen but not this one. Kind of disappointed about that, but other than that the color difference is quite amazing and looks wonderful. Overall Cinderella is a classic and now on blu-ray love it :)

Even though I generally avoid Walmart like the plague, I received a gift card for my birthday. The movie came quickly and in great shape. I wasn't wowed, but it wasn't a bad experience.

I enjoyed this product, I think that they should include a slipcover with the Blu ray though.
