Smells more like cloves, not enough cinnamon. I was hoping that it would smell more like Autumn/Christmas.

I haven't ever used Castile soap before and I don't know if it was just this brand or if it's the way they all are. I did not like it. not at all what I was expecting and besides the scent which was very lovely. I love the scent cinnamon, I would not buy it again especially is expensive as it is

I ordered this item to refill my bathroom soap dispensers with a Fall scent. First, the scent does smell more like clove than cinnamon as other reviews noted, but it's a stale, decomposing clove scent, not a bright, spicy scent. Second, the soap is really thick similar to a sticky honey in texture, and requires a wide brimmed funnel to dispense. And even with a wide brimmed funnel, it takes a long time to flow into my soap dispensers because the soap is so thick, making this soap impractical for my needs. The soap, however, does lather nicely and leaves hands with a good, clean feel. I will use, but will not reorder.
