Circulon 3Piece SteelShield Nonstick Chef Pan with Lid and Cooking Utensil Set, Silver

We have had Circulon non-stick cookware for about 10years. Our previous set was more the entry level. We had a number of times we had severely burnt on food by walking away from the stove on high. After 10years of our abuse we thought it was time for an updated set. My wife purchased another brand which was supposed to be induction and did work in a fashion on the induction top but the heat needed to be 2-3 levels higher. Being feed-up with the low heat, I purchased this set of C series and and a 3 pot set of S series from Circulon. We have never been happier with our cookware. At first I was a little concerned because I had seen a review saying that the non-stick was not good but I'm not sure what that person had been cooking because we have had no problems with sticking. The heat in the pot is the best I have ever had - they come to the boil very quickly. The pot looks nice - Important to my wife! I could not recommend these pot more. BTW - I don't write many reviews but I thought this was worth doing.

It’s not exactly what I expected but I still like it. The pictures that I was looking at on the website showed this sauté to have the stainless rings al around the inside, but it only had them on the bottom. I really only ordered this because of the design and style with the rings. I have an eight inch fry pan with stainless steel rings on the bottom and I love it. This is why I decided to buy a larger pan.

I have used Circulon cookware for 25 years and am still using the pieces I originally bought. I specifically wanted the low side 2 qt. Saucepan and am very pleased with the design and performance of this item. I hope to upgrade my present cookware with more stainless steel clad pieces.

PERFECT SIZE FOR NOT TO SMALL AND NOT TO LARGE... CLEANS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND THIS SIZE FOR FAMILY COOKING AND EASY CLEAN UP. I AM A 68 YEAR OLD FEMALE WHO LIVES IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA WITH MY HISBAND. I LOVE MAKING ENOUGH FOOD FOR LEFT OVERS AND FREEZING!! THEY SAY, YOU GET WHAT YOU AY FOR... PRICEY BUT WORTH IT!

Great wok and is truly non-stick. I like the circular ridges that give more control with pushing food to the side while something else is cooking in the middle. And I like that one of my older Circulon glass lids fits it since it didn't come with a lid. Comes out of the dishwasher like new!

I am a qualified chef, and I have chosen Circulon cookware for my home cookware for the past 15 years. I have equipped my home kitchen, my daughter's kitchen and our investment property for the best, most long-lasting, durable cookware around and the best value for money. I highly recommend Circulon pans. And I will continue to buy them in the future, although it's only to increase the number of pans, because they don't actually ever wear out, or fall apart.

I love the range but it's not non sticking. You still have to use butter or oil. I would not recommend it whonwants a non stick.

We bought the 10 piece set. Initially, the set was beautiful. Its well built and has a great feel to the pieces. After using them for the first week, i still like them, but struggle with trying to kerp the raised cooking circles clean. Overall, i do like the sst. I hope it lasts.

I have used several of these pieces a handful of times they do not do well on induction stove tops. Things burn very easy and stick badly as if is can not handle the heat. I had to go back to my older set. No need to take up space, I will be giving them away.

While this is designed to be nonstick, it’s only marginally successful at that. The ridges in the pan capture food, leaving it to burn and spoil the rest of the pan. The ridges make it hard to get a good sear and even harder to clean. Way too expensive for this to be happening.
