I have several circulon pots/pans and won't buy anything else. The surfaces hold up well and the covered handles keep me from getting burnt. They don't get sticky easily and clean up well. I prefer the high temp and dishwasher cleanable lines. Perfect combination.
Perfect smaller size sauteuse to use when cooking for two. I also own the 7.5 quart covered sauteuse that is better suited for preparing family size meals. The handles don't match my older Contempo style cookware, which I prefer, but I'd rather have this perfect size pan than not.
It cooks well, at lower temps than I used to need. Cleaning is a breeze. I love the two handles, instead of a long handle. It's space-saving, when stored and on the stove in my small kitchen, yet the inside bottom of the pan is almost 12" across--where I want the room.
This is the most handy pot I own. Originally I received a recommendation to purchase this from a relative. Since then I purchased another for a gift. I use it for stovetop casseroles, soups, pastas, and a family size dish of scrambled eggs. . Easy to clean. It can also be used in the oven.
Purchased for ease of lifting when full and to take up less space on the stove and in the cabinet (without the long handle.) It's not heavy like some anodized cookware and it heats up quickly. I've used it for searing meats and making saucy dishes, like curry. The depth of the pan also prevents a lot of the oil splatter on the stove. Very easy to wash…it also fits in the sink better than long-handled pans! Happy with this purchase!
We got this pan to replace an identical one we purchased many years ago. We liked the first one. It lasted a long time. We are just as happy with this one. It fills an in-between size that is very useful.
Really beautiful pan. I use it as my go to for just about everything. Love that it's higher and so less splashing, that it's easy to wash and not too heavy. I'm very pleased and think it will last years.
Easy to use. Dual handles are great. Sears meat, great size for small batches of chili or soup for two people. Exactly what I was looking for. My first Circulon product...I like it.
I love this pan. It's just the right size for the 2 of us. It's non-stick. It has higher walls than a fry pan so you can use it for many types of dishes.
Great size and helpful handles that don't get in the way on stovetop. Really like the silicone handle covers and nonstick surfaces inside and out. I've only used it once so far, but am looking at recipes right now to restock my freezer with meals for the next week or so.
