Have started collecting Circulon and this is my latest purchase. Their products are very well made and high quality. I'm very happy with this pan and will use it often.
I would never buy any other brand bakeware but Circulon. It does not ever stick and that is the truth. I have given them as gifts and everyone I give it to loves it as much as I do.
These are the best pans I've ever own. I've never seen non stick like this. They are heavy duty as well. I expect they will last a long time.
I wouldn't buy any other brand! This is the one to have.
I have used this pan twice to bake turkey roasts. I cannot say enough about this cookware. After allowing the pan to cool, you can almost wipe it out with a paper towel. It is that easy to clean. It does cost more than the average bakeware but it is well worth it. I have found my last and final bakeware!
I've only used this a few times so far to make brownies, but compared to our old 9 inch pan, this is far better in terms of nonstick performance and quality. As for downsides, I would have to say the only cons I'd have to say are: - The baked brownies sometimes separate from the brownie itself and stays in the groove, so you might need to spin the brownie pan a few times to clean out the grooves correctly. - Compared to our old brownie pan, I'd say this one is about half an inch shorter height wise. It's not such a big deal for short height baking such as brownies, but food that needs more height such as baking meatballs might spill over. - The edges of the brownie pan are rolled, but water sometimes collects in the lips as you wash the dishes. It just involves a bit of shaking to get the water out (Don't want to risk leaving it there to rust eventually)
My wife likes it for her corn bread. She hopes it is as good as the old one that was used quite frequently.
