I like the weight and depth of the pan. Everything has cooked evenly and it cleans easily. I've made the best grilled cheese sandwiches in this pan. Looking forward to buying more.

I have been using this for my bacon for the last few mornings and it has cooked this perfect. One of the best things about it was that it is dishwasher safe. I put it in the dishwasher and it came out like it was brand new. I would definitely recommend this especially if you are like me who hates to do dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best pan I've owned so far. I love how it cooks my food so evenly also. It comes clean very easily and with so little effort. I cooked meat in it so far and sautéed vegetables and everything turned out so good. It's a nice heavy duty pan and weighs a few pounds, so I few like it's going to last me for years. The handle is also nice and has a good grip on it. It came with a lid also and that was a great bonus for me!

The pan is very sleek and visually pleasing as well. After using it twice the pan still looks brand new and washes up nicely. I look forward to purchasing a whole set of these pots and pans in the near future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really great heavy bottomed non stick pan! I love that I'm able to let my husband and kids use it without worrying about them ruining it. The bottom has raised concentric circles that allow you to use metal utensils without ruining the nonstick coating on the bottom! Ingenious! It heats evenly and quickly, and doesn't seem to have any hot spots. It's a great size for a few people. Good weight to it without being too heavy like cast iron. Overall, a really great pan with great features. I love the glass lid, allows me to take a peak without opening, and it's a breeze to clean. I hand wash, I never put pots into the dishwasher, so I can't speak to how well that goes. I would recommend this pan to everyone!

I didn't buy it for searing, and can't speak to its quality for that. I would have preferred a version that was just non-stick without the metal rings, but such an option isn't available. Most of what I'd use it for has a lot of liquid, so it doesn't really make a difference for me anyway. The only thing that I'd outright criticize is how high up the handle curves. I can't think of any advantages to that, but as far as disadvantages, it requires more space to store, and prevents you from being able to rest a cooking utensil on the handle, as the steep slope will cause it to keep sliding into the pan.
