Great cooking tool.
Perfect size. Lid fits great. Super heat distribution. Cooks like a champ on medium to low heat. Non-stick surface is as advertised. Easy clean-up. Handle fits hand well and does not get hot. Great quality is obvious. Warrants price. Highly recommend.

Good all around fry pan
The fry pan is large, easy to use and not too heavy. I am able to lift it with one hand. I brought it specially to use with my new induction electric range.

Great pan
Love this pan on my new induction cooktop. It is a great size, heats up quick and cleans up great with soap and water. I know they can go in the dishwasher but I plan to baby them and wash by hand.

Love the Essential stir fry pan.
I like this pan so much I'm giving one as a gift this Christmas. I own three circulan pans and they are the only pan I'll buy.

Use pan to cook almost everything. Heats food evenly and quickly. Non stick surface is great

Nice Pan
I have used this pan a few times now. I love it for stir fry or quick fry of protein. It did say metal utensil were OK to use but after my first use with them, I found faint scratches after cleaning. I would recommend it, but use non-metal utensils.

It' s been working perfect
It' s been working perfect but I bought another item and it's supposed not to get scratched and it has some scratches already if you can tell me how can I get it replaced. I will really appreciate it

Not really non-stick
Didn't use because it has the same interior surface with grooves like the other pan I bought and I am trying to return it because the food sticks.

Base Way Too Small, Very Poor Design
This 12-inch pan has a 5- inch base. It's smaller than the 8 and 11 inch hops of my Bosh Induction cooktop. The sensors cannot sense the pan and won't turn on the heat.
