The new one replaced an 11 year old similar model that had developed a slightly crazed surface and we weren't keen to continue using. The casserole is used at least 3 times a week and is terrific to cook with and clean after. Great product, best value on the market!

This is the best cookware I've found in my 70+ years. Found 2 of your sauce pans at a thrift store. Looked new - low price so I tried them. Always looking for better cookware. I was so amazed by the quality I couldn't wait to get more. Being on a fixed income I will add a piece at a time.

My favorite pan!! Really good quality! I have had several sets and this one by far is the best brand. I had to buy this one to add to the set I already purchased. So easy to wash and dishwasher safe!

Service for on-line purchase was faultless. Before I bought mine I read the review of this item by several previous customers. Of the several reviews one customer wrote - the surface area is too small and concluded - I do not recommend this product. I was somewhat lost with this conclusion. When I tried mine to cook and I immediately realized the problem. The conical shape of this product making the surface area in contact with induction cook top rather small and can only be used on, at the most at a medium to small cook top. The finishing of the product is, otherwise, first class.

I only buy Circulon and have done for years and was really happy when I found this pot as it was exactly the size and shape I was looking for but... I can't even boil water in it on my Westinghouse induction cooktop, it just won't heat up enough. All of my other Circulan pans and pots are fine, as are my old stainless Raco pots...just not this one. Disappointed.
