Even though there’s other reviews that says it’s hard to sit out of it is hard to sip out of but if you sip it for like a long time, it could come it’s coming easier and like, but if you change the flavor cartridge, you’re gonna have to do it all over again, but the design is perfect. I love the texture and the straw and everything and it’s good and it’s great.

Happy with cup itself not happy with the delivery process my cup arrived full of scratches and had some red liquid dropped on it on the bottom the cup that permanently stained it

It scratched very noticeably (it is black so the color being gone is very apparent) in the first week I had it from light use. A month into using it, the top handle broke and now the button can always be activated to open the top accidently. It is very flimsy, but the concept was really good, just poor and cheap execution.

It's a cute bottle but the straw doesn't work the way I hoped. The flavor doesn't come through the straw, you still have to tip the bottle to get the water to flood the flavor cartridge. When you tip the bottle the water doesn't reach the straw so you get like 4 drinks before you have to refill or sacrifice the flavor..

I received a broken when I got it from Walmart plus delivery the lid clip was broken off so now I need to go in fight Walmart to return it

I’ve had the original bottle before and it was better because it released a lot more flavor on this one you have to have the flavor dial on ten and it barley gives you any flavor at all and some times you get a tad bit of flavor but most of the time you just get straight water

ordered twice and came missing the flaber cap missing both times
