Ok ..here is the deal. I think they sent us a beautiful watch that had been returned. It did not have extra links and my husbands wrist was too big. I will never order from Walmart online ever again. They use Fed EX...need I say more? Fed Ex has dropped off packages in my driveway that look as if the driver threw them off the truck. Yes...right in the middle of my drive way! Another time they left a large box at my mailbox. I live on a busy road. Anyone could have stopped and taken the box. The last straw was with this delivery of this expensive watch. The lazy driver decided to put the package in my mail box. Our Mailman knows this is against the law and swiftly took the package out and put it on top of the mail box. The package again could have easily been ripped off or blown into traffic. Have you ever complained to Fed Ex you ask? Yes I have! Its like talking to a wall. I did decide to see what the BBB had to say. Yes...many many complaints about Fed Ex. I wrote one too.
