My fiancé LOVES this watch! I was nervous at first because it seemed really big, but I learned that that's how Citizen watches are made, so we took it to a watch jeweler kiosk in the mall and got it changed to fit perfectly for $20. He is going to wear it for our wedding!

I am unable to wear the watch because of the enormous sizing. They did not include directions on what to do to correct the sizing.

We purchased this item as a gift, and unfortunately it did not work when it was opened on Christmas. We exchanged it for another of the same make and model, but the replacement also did not work. You may ask why we chose the same make and model again. It was reasonably priced and intended for a senior, so we specifically chose a more affordable option rather than an expensive item that might be easily damaged or mishandled. In the end, we had to take the item to a jeweler and pay $50 out of pocket for a new battery just to make it functional. I understand this may be an older model, but items should be checked to ensure they are in working condition before being sent to customers. This experience was disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience and additional expense.
