Super easy to utilize. Better than gritty fiber drinks. Four caps a day keeps tummy troubles at bay! LOL! Funny but true. I had gallbladder issues and finally went through surgery. Afterward much pain from the peritonitis which necessitated pain medication. Those types of medication can cause constipation and slowing of the digestive tract. These caps are just the thing. Sometimes I take a fiber drink at a different part of my day to work at keeping the digestive tract motivated. :-) especially when eating beef or pork for my big meal of the day -which is hard to digest. Digestive enzymes work well with these caps. It doesn't make any urgency and running to the nearest bathroom. That's pretty important too. Not harsh. No unpleasant taste. Effective without fear of urgency. Easy to swallow. Convenient to take with you when traveling. Does what it says- no fear.

Citrucel is one of the best consumable health products. It has a lot of other heath benefits not usually mentioned like controlling IBS.

Try this to see if it works for you. I found the liquid citrucel unpleasant but that's only a preference. The tablets are convenient but you must drink at least full glass of water close to taking it. These are fairly expensive but the store brand didn't seem to work as good.
