Works Well
I take a dose of Citrucel daily and it works really well with my system. I usually drink a glass after lunch. It tastes like an orange drink. It works dependably and keeps me regular. I recommend this product to help with regularity and is gentle on your stomach.

Citrucel for fiber therapy.
I have used Citrucel for my fiber therapy since 1999. It was doctor recommended. It's the only thing I've tried that keeps me regular. And it has a good taste. It's been a life changer for me. I highly recommend Citrucel.

Sugar free is better!
I prefer the sugar free taste with this product. It doesn't have a bitter after taste like some other products.
