Saw a video making Korean short ribs with this sauce in the air fryer so I just had to try it. First the price is amazing for the amount you get. The jar is quite huge. Marinated meat with the sauce and I added a few splashes of soy sauce for extra color. It was a hit with my family, very fast and easy. Marinate it ahead of time. Make the sticky rice ahead of time. Then while it cooks prepare a salad. 30 sec in the microwave for the rice you got a good dinner. Not too sweet and not spicy at all. Great for busy work days. I'll be buying this again and on rotation from now on. My cooking ability is about a -4 and this was very easy and doable.
