My hair is all grey or white and sometimes it gets yellowish tones this conditioner removes that yellow! But note you must really scrub your hair to remove the purple

This is a great product! My hair has never looked better. It is very soft to the touch and has great shine and manageability. Kind of expensive, but well worth the price! I would strongly recommend this product, especially if you have color damaged hair!

I have dark hair with light highlights. I wanted to find a conditioner that would help my dull highlights and dry hair. Since using this conditioner, my highlights are brighter and shinier with more shimmer. In the sun, my hair sparkles. My hair is more moisturized and much more soft. I highly recommend the Clairol Shimmer lights conditioner.

I did not receive what was pictured. I bought from walmart because it showed that the bottle would include the pump - what i received was just a cap

I have white hair and this "conditioner" is good at keeping the yellow out. However, it is not a very good conditioner. It is very thin so I mix it into a white, creamier conditioner I have. After only a few uses, it does tend to color your hair a bit purple so you need to use it in moderation. I am recommending it only for the purple action and not as a conditioner.

This came in the mail half empty! I'm very disappointed. I also haven't noticed a difference in my hair

I can't believe that this product is labeled as a conditioner! It has none of the silky, slippery, detangling properties of any conditioner I've ever used. What this does is dry and tangle the hair; a real conditioner must be used subsequently to detangle and smooth. The smell could be improved upon, also. I had such high hopes after reading others' reviews. Perhaps they have especially oily hair?

You send me the wrong item

This conditioner is NOT worth a dollar. Not purple enough, and it is thin. Very disappointed, been using their shampoo for over 30 years. I'm a liscenced hairdresser and this just isn't cut out to work. Doesn't even help getting a comb thru your hair, while the conditioner is on your hair. Once rinsed, it's gone. Worthless
