I have used Claritin for more than 20 years, it is effective for most of my allergens. During peak allergy season or if suddenly Claritin doesn't seem to be working....ask your doctor and/or your pharmacist about taking a higher dosage of Claritin or about taking a different Antihistamine along with Claritin to see if this gives you relief. Keep in mind that one drug might be more effective against one allergen than another.

I got this for the first time and I had near instant relief from the runny nose eyes and headache I was expecting for over 24 hrs. It is expensive but this particular purchase had a $3 Walmart cash offer so it was worth it. I will definitely keep Claritn on hand, it definitely works as advertised.

Works like it should. The only allergy med that doesn't give me side effects. Tried the generic version from Walmart and it did not work at all for me.

Using this for my unexplained ear pain %26 vertigo. If you're experiencing minor vertigo this is a great otc med to take. It is also safe for epileptics %26 doesn't interact with most anticonvulsants.

I was on Claritin D years ago. With age, my allergies have gotten worse, so I'm back on Claritin. I buy the decongestant separately and just take that as needed. I take Claritin every day.

I don't know if these actually work. I don't see a huge difference. I was told by someone I need to take them daily for a few weeks to see results. For the price you pay for these they should work like Benadryl. Immediately.

I took this medicine for 8 days in a row , thinking maybe it wasn't working because I had to break down my bodies resistance. This medicine doesn't help with my allergies in fact I found better relief with an allergy medicine I got online from Amazon ! Save your money! Buy something else.
