Clarity D704 Amplified Cordless DECT 6.0 Phone 40DBB with Large Caller ID

Purchased for a very elderly person who is nearly deaf and has limited vision. The large lit buttons assist in seeing the numbers. Very simple to operate. Ringer and volume are easily adjusted to be compatible with hearing aides. This phone has allowed communication with friends and family that has not been available for quite some time. Truly improving quality of life. Highly recommended.

Exactly what I excepted. Description of phone is spot on. Easy for a senior to operate. Comfortable to hold. Love the speed dial feature as you don't see that feature in a phone anymore and will provide very useful for vision impaired. Quality clarity of phone dcb compatibile with hearing aids. Highly recommend and affordable as it doesn't break the bank. Lastly white with black numbers is important.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am glad I did. It is much easier for me to hear because there are tone settings to choose from, there is a boost sound feature, the numbers are large for my later years lol, the speaker is perfect.

Superb phone but a little too complicated for the 100 year lady for whom it was bought. As usual, superb service from Walmart online.

I bought this for my 91 year mother who was beginning to have trouble seeing the small numbers on her previous phone and the talk and end buttons. She seems really pleased with this product

This phone is supposedly designed for people with low vision and hearing, but the charging cradle is too shallow and small, making it difficult for users to place the phone securely. A deeper cradle with a contrasting color, like a black border, would greatly improve usability. Ring volume is very good.

Phone seemed like it would be perfect for my Mother who is in a nursing home. She has trouble hearing and is legally blind so I thought the larger keys and the volume boost would be perfect. Worked for a few days and then would not charge so I bought new rechargeable batteries for it. Still would not work. Brought it home and tried it there and it still would not work. I work full time and try to help with my 90 year old parents and then the holidays came along. I tried to return it and found out you only have 30 days to return it so I'm out $65. Buyers beware!!! Very poor customer service from this phone company. Wal-Mart was very prompt in delivering the phone.

Phone was not suitable therefore returned to local Walmart customer service counter
