We bought this phone for my mother who only has 20% hearing in one ear and uses hearing aids. Being able to set the voice and ringer volume loud enough for her to hear them has been wonderful. A bonus is the speaker phone option that she can use even when she doesn't have her hearing aids in. When our package was delivered we were out of town and having our mail held. The post office said the package was delivered, but it hadn't been (we received the rest of our held mail). The company offered to ship us another ohone at no cost, but I checked at the post office and they still had the package. It was very nice of them to make the offer when it wasn't their fault.

love that i can now hear people who call me. Still learning new features everyday. i wish i had bought it sooner. would have saved so many headaches from straining to hear.

The phone works great. It is a little bit heavy but will be fine when gotten used to.

I purchased this amplified phone for my mother who is hard of hearing. There are choices of kinds of rings and volume levels. There also is a button that makes it louder. I like the illuminated keypad which is larger than most phones. There are a few problems that I encountered. It isn't as loud as I had hoped unless you push the extra loud button. You must press it for every call. My mom gets a little confused so she wouldnt remember to press it each time. I think it should just be extra loud without a button. The phone is large and awkward to hold. It is expensive and I do not think it is worth the price.

These are decent phones. I thought they were brand new phones, but they were refurbished. i had to remove the previous phone numbers from them and the 2nd phone was written on in permanent marker. Before you order you might want to verify if the phones are new are used.
