Clarks Bushacre 2 Leather - Men's Chukka Boots

Really solid boots for the price. They look great with jeans or chinos and feel sturdy without being heavy. The leather softens up after a few wears, and the simple design goes with pretty much anything. Only note — they run a little snug at first, but once broken in, they're super comfortable. Definitely a solid everyday boot.

Xmas gift Always buy my son in law boots for part of his Xmas he has only tried on but said they were the most comfortable boots he's ever had I have always bought Clark's for ladies and have been very pleased so when I saw these back in October I jumped on this deal

I have liked the style of chukka boots since the late 1960s, but when I retired ten years ago I started buying chelsea style boots for the ease of slipping in and out of them. I saw the Clark chukka boots on a Black Friday promotion and bought them. The boots are good value at the sale price. I will not recommend buying at list price. They are stiff leather and will require some effort to make them flexible. The tongue wants to stick into my leg just above the ankle. This will be remedied with some mink oil or other type of leather softener. This version 2 doesn't have a removable insole, although the later version 3 does. I'm satisfied with the shoes for the price I paid for them. They are a good looking casual shoe and I would be surprised if they don't out last me.

I bought these as a gift for my husband, and I thought they would have a good amount of ankle support as he prefers. Unfortunately the laces don't go up high enough to provide any ankle support. The size was a little small as well, even though I purchased them in a wide size. Overall they weren't what I expected from this brand.

The shoes are very well made but The uppers are made from leather that is very hard and uncomfortable The inside base of the shoe has no padding whatsoever so provides zero comfort for the foot. In short the shoe whilst looking good and being clearly made to last are not suitable for anything other than work wear

The shoes look like the image, appear to be well made, while the design is lacking - the laces are only held in with two weirdly placed holes making the shoes not properly fit. They are also squeaky when walking. Returned without earring past the try on for my son. Very disappointed.

The boots were to have a Removable Ortholite insole. It does not! It's the only reason I bought them! The insole is Not removable or is it padded. Very hard and no support!!
