The cover was a great fit and protected well. However, at a little less than 2 years, it shredded from a winter storm. Contacted the company, they responded the same day and shipped a replacement within a couple of days, no questions asked other than photos of the damage.
First of all, it only took 5 days to get to my door. My wife and I were able to put this on in about 15 minutes. Instructions were written well. Looks like it will be a good one!
This is our second RV cover. Cover fit great but the straps that go under and across were too short! Called customer service and was told I would have to find longer straps myself.
Like the cover but some of the straps were too short!
We bought and installed this fifth wheel cover in November 2018. It fit well. Five months later, the 3-ply roof material is disintegrating and breaking down. We live in Orange County, CA and have not had severe sun exposure this season. We have filed a warranty claim but would not want a replacement with the same product.
