Classic Grad Sheet Cake

This will always be my go to sheet cake for every single party! The taste was delicious! Everyone was raving about it My go to is marble, Bavarian cream, whipped cream frosting The size was larger than I thought and did not fit in a standard single wide fridge so keep that in mind

Even better than expected. Moist and yummy, not overly sweet. Lettering was perfect. The little grad cap and rolled up diploma (it even had words on it although I didn't unscroll it to see what they were) made the cake extra special for our grads, and it was a real bargain. Thank you Oberlin Walmart bakers.

The cake tasted good. The only thing missing was a bit more decoration or visual flair. It looked quite simple, and some additional design elements would have made it feel more special. Overall, a tasty cake that could benefit from a more eye-catching presentation.

The cake was done really nice and tasteed great. The only thing the 2026 was left out but I don't know if it was my mistake or theirs. My only complaint is when I went to pick up the cake during the time frame on my order, there was nobody in the bakery and stood there hoping to get help, some employees walked right past me and said nothing. I tried getting an employees attention and they walked right past me. No bell to ring and nothing on my phone to say I'm on my way or I'm there. Finally went to the deli to see if they can page someone and an employee looked at me like they were clueless, then finally someone came.

The cake was supposed to be ready at 1. When Jaxmine got there after 2 to pick the cake up it was not ready, they told her to walk around the store for a while, which she did. When she came back to pick up the cake, the picture of my granddaughter was messed up on the facial portion. She called me and told me they could do another one, but it would take hours and we were on a schedule for her graduation party and the young lady was very rude saying she was the only one there and that the machine messed up the photo. I told her to bring the cake anyway because plans were already set for the party. When we cut the cake, it was a yellow cake, but I ordered a white cake, the icing was correct. The cake tasted good which I was thankful for since this was my granddaughter big day. One picture is what it was supposed to look like and then one the picture on the cake.

Although there was a technical issue which made the appearance a little different than what I expected the texture and taste was really good. The gentleman in the bakery area was really kind and helpful with options on improvising cake look. This was my 1st cake order with Walmart and definitely wont be my last. Thank you

Please don't buy Walmart cakes they messed up on a graduation cake last month still waiting for the refund the taste the quality everything was wrong the writing on the cake, etc. and it wasn't even a fresh cake. It tasted like it sat there for days and weeks.

I had ordered this cake on monday to pick up on friday at 6p for a graduation party that day. When I went to pick it up the first employee had a hard time finding it. She kept coming back up front and re asking what name it was under in which I had told her numerous times. At one point she was in the back for a good 10-15 minutes. She came out and walked past me to get another employee, could have been courteous and told me I'll be right back. The two employees kept fidgeting on the computer and again asked me what name it was under, which was getting frustrating. They both went to the back and took a good 20ish minutes before coming back out. MInd you I've already been waiting almost an hour. The guy looked at me and said he had some "bad news". He said that the cake decorator/maker had skipped my order. Seriuosly!! I told him that wasn't my problem and I needed my cake and what was the purpose of ordering it in advance. He just stood there and apologized and looked at me as if i was going to say oh its okay things happen. No I'm sorry, how does my order get "skipped". I told him again not my fault I needed my cake and that for their error to discount me back some money. He said no we cannot do that. I then proceeded to ask whats going to happen. He said the cake decorator was on lunch and will be back in about 20min and that he can add a dozen grad cupcakes to order for free. Wow! cupcakes. Not to sound ungrateful but they could have given me store credit/gift card for the inconvenience. He said he can have it ready in about 40min, I said ok and left. wasting time and gas to come back was not what I had planned. I always order my cakes from here and will continue to do so, I just hope I don't run into this situation again.

For starters when I picked up my cake I asked the writing to be in royal blue and it was in black icing I didn't make a big deal because it was for a college graduation. The writing on the cake was written so small you could barely make out the words. To top it off it looked like something was misspelled and when they corrected it they put an indent in the frosting which was visible. If this cake was for an actual party I would have been embarrassed. The whipped cream frosting was ok but tasted like pure marsh mellows

wanted black letters for the writing and got purple. wanted purple around the borders of the cake with the yellow, the purple was on top and the guy was having trouble finding the cake. I would like a refund or some sort of refund, cake was not what I expected and made us late to our party.
