There was no vest to costume like the picture. It was just a cape and necklace.

Waiting for refund
I never received this item as it could not be delivered and was returned to sender. It was shipped USPS although I could not enter my PO Box as an address and therefore paid for expedited shipping which typically comes UPS or Fedex. I am still awaiting a refund almost 2 weeks later. The vendor was contacted and said via email I would receive a refund.
