Great vid for older exercisers.
Delivery was fast. Price beat all the competition hands down. It was new, not referbed. Would I buy again? You betcha! This is a great way to start an exercise regimen for out of shape and older people.

Love it!
I love Miranda's dvds. I used to watch her every Saturday in the 90s. I am 69 now and love doing classical stretch again. I just wish it had classical music. But the music is fine. Thanks
