ClassicFlame Electric 3D SpectraFire Plus Flame Technology Fireplace Inserts

This fireplace insert lets us enjoy the cathedral ceiling living room in the late afternoon and evening. No longer does this room feel chilly at that time of day. The timer is a nice feature and the LED flames display is pleasing. I recommend this unit.

I recently decommissioned my woodburning fireplace because the flu needed work, and I don't burn wood anyway. Yet I wanted to be able to sit in front of a sparkling ""fire"" and enjoy its ambiance. That's why I researched and found this ClassicFlame fireplace insert, with settings and color combinations for every mood. It was easy to ""install""—I put the sticker on the Manual, placed the unit in my fireplace, added the crystals, plugged it in, and enjoyed. I just like warm-looking flames to gaze at. It's my light therapy, to help me get through this pandemic with some peace and happiness.

Really like this product. We inserted it into a tv stand we had made. It installed easy and looks great. I like the color /different flame options. Have not used the heat yet- we use it for decor mostly . Great price also

The Fireplace will be built into a 15 ft wide entertainment center. I am very please with the look and the options on the Fireplace.

Very simple install and set up. Like it was custom made for the TV stand.

This insert is a budget friendly answer in our rental. Gas insert was way out of budget. Four stars due to the fact they didn't offer flashing to help finish out what is an insert. But the product so far seems fun!

I placed this inside a tv stand and loved it the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars because it gets hot at the top of the unit and that worries me with it being inside the tv stand otherwise I love itüòä

I like this firebox in spite of a few shortcomings. We have it mounted in one of the 26MM5508-NB04 cabinets in our living room. I like all the choices in brightness and colors. I like the effect how all the plastic ""crystals"" affect the colors. I liked the easy installation into the furniture. I don't think the infrared heater is all that effective. The operator's manual is inaccurate as far as how it explains the remote and buttons on the firebox control panel. I called support and was told a revised manual is actually available. I can't understand why the new manual was included with the firebox which was recently manufactured.

The heater looks either refurbished or defective! The box came slightly tampered with like it was opened and retaped. The heater looks like it was in pretty good condition and wrapped in plastic, but with no Styrofoam protection, I noticed right anyway something was not right. There were a few edges bent on the bottom corner of the heater that was probably damaged due to shipment but was easy to bend back. I also noticed a red clear bag that maybe held the remote control ripped open with no remote control inside, so I know someone has definitely been inside the box! when I plugged in the heater to see if it worked the lights did come on but after 10 minutes the heater started sounding there was a problem with a weird noises and I the heater had a weird smell so I turned it off immediately! Im very upset because this is not the experience I wanted to have, and I paid for an item that actually works! I don't want my money back, but I would like to have a heater that's brand new and untouched, without damages as soon as possible! How do I return this faulty heater?

I keep getting an E3 error message and have to shut it off. This last time it had been shut off and unplugged for 2 days and did not run 5 min before the error came up.
