Everything comes very quick and is usually undamaged. Occasionally, I wish some of the liquids would be taped close or securely closed as to prevent spillage during shipment. Sometimes they do, sometimes they dont. Overall though, its a great experience to shop online!

Leaves face feeling super clean with a great cool feeling. Love clean and clear product. Have used for years.

really, really like this! my face feels very clean after using, and my skin feels soft not at all dry! just be careful when you open the top to use it because it comes out very fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Deep Action Cream Cleanser met my expectations and more! I failed to read the back description and didn't expect the cool tingle. It was a perfect amount of tingle to give you the deep clean and refreshed feeling without making your face numb or "cold" . I would highly recommend this product and I will be purchasing it the future.

I have used this product for over 20 years. I do have to say that with the formula change, I noticed my skin was slightly red after use. I tried switched to several other products but nothing has worked to keep the acne away. I use this one once per day now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleanser is definitely for that deep clean that you might be looking for. Personally think best for oily or acne-prone skin, though it did not leave my skin feeling tight or dry after. It has a cooling sensation but not uncomfortable, but I would make sure to avoid the eye area really well. I liked this best as a night time cleanser though I don't wear makeup often so I couldn't see how well it would take end of day makeup off. Overall very nice cleaner.

I used it once a day during my night shower for about a week and didn't notice a difference except after 3-4 days my back was itchy and uncomfortable from being too dried out by the product. I was happy I didn't try it on my face initially. The positives are the smell is very refreshing and because it's a cream (that does not foam even after rubbing it into your skin) it will sit nicely on the skin without melting away so it's ideal if you're trying to target a specific area to let the product sit for a little bit.

Such a pitty, I wanted to love this product . After using for the first time I was glowing. Skin smooth and so soft. But, than I starting breaking out on my forehead and the rest of my T-zone areas.
