These placemats are the perfect size. I purchased them because my woven ones were just to hard to keep clean and sanitized. They are so easy to wipe down, and can complement any table since they are perfectly clear.

Very nice placemats. They are very clear, not cloudy at all. I have them on a clear tablecloth to protect from hot dishes and you can hardly tell they are there they are so clear and transparent. These would work wonderfully on a nightstand or anything you would want to protect! Glad I purchased! A+

Have not used as placemats yet. Will get more. These are great drawer liners and shelf liners. Wash easily, resize easily, can fit many places, and very handy. Some of what I have purchased as drawer and shelf liners are not as sturdy or washable. I will get more.

I really liked these placemats which I use over fabric placemats. I like them so much that I will be ordering more. Notably, I was also very impressed by the seller as I received the placemats very fast - a week ahead of the anticipated delivery date.

I covered one side of each with 2-sided tape and put them on the cabinet to keep the cat off and it works great. She jumps right back off, after awhile quit even trying it. The first few times she skittered around and knocked them off but didn't try again for a couple days.

I've been using these for a year or so. They are nice and clear and are a good size. I like to use them either under placemats I put on my good wood dining room table to protect from any food spillages or over my daily kitchen placemats for the same reason. (Prevents food from getting stuck in the crevices of woven placemats). I try to avoid putting hot items directly on them though as you will get an impression or warpage.

I was looking for an easy clean placemat to use with my grandchildren when eating and when doing crafts. I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful these were in both situations. Even when the grandkids are not here, I leave them on the table to protect the wood, and, as they are clear, the placemats don't detract from appearance.

I just bought a new ranch-style dining table with a gorgeous wood top (what initially attracted my attention in the store). I wanted something to protect the wood from food spills without covering up the beauty of the wood grain. These placemats fit the bill. I leave them on the table, ready to serve a meal atop without missing out on the color and grain pattern of the table top in the mean time.

Nice and thick. Clear when on table but each placemat was flawed. Each placemat had a line the length of it and it was very noticeable when it was held up. Luckily I can't see the flaw when the placemat is on the table. I'd give the product a 5 if it wasn't for the noticeable flaw in each.
