Highly disappointed with this item, described as a yoga mat but should have been shown as a knee pad instead since it really is only big enough to kneal on.

Small in size. Large in quality.
The mat is too small for yoga. I can't think of anything this mat can be used for other than kneeling to pray or to garden.
