ClearTemp 1.7L Glass Kettle

I never had a touchscreen kettle before, and this feels so high tech for just a kettle. I've been boiling water more often now that I can use this cool product every day.

The design is so easy to use and pour and the blue light is awesome for early mornings in the kitchen. It heats fast and I like how it doesn't spill hot water when pouring. Game changer for my tea routine!

From pre-boiling water to get a head start on pasta, to pour over coffee, tea, instant oatmeal etc, this kettle has become a workhorse in our kitchen.

This Cuisinart glass tea kettle is perfect for all the different drinks I like to make such as hot tea, hot cups of soup, and even instant coffee. I can heat water from 110 to 212 degrees so different varieties of tea are easy to make with the digital temperature settings. Love the programmability of this kettle. The glass really allows me to watch the boil too. This is a very nice, high quality glass kettle from a top of the line kitchen brand. I love this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful hot water pot. It's very quiet, quick and so fun with the blue heating light. My husband was skeptical about it at first. However, when he used it for our Chemex coffee maker he immediately changed his tune and asked if he could bring it in the camper for coffee. Works great for tea as well. Love the large capacity and quick heating time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this keytle is made of glass. The glass has double wall so it is cool to the touch and safe. The LCD screen makes it easy to see what temperature the water is. I can control how hot I want the water to be. The water is heated fast. It could be better if the spout strainer was fully made of stainless steel. There are some part that are still made of plastic. Otherwise, this kettle is solid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric kettle heated up the full 1.7L in just over 6 minutes. The top opens up at a 90 degree angle so that filling the kettle is no issue. I liked the sleek design of the handle where the temp and start/stop button are easily displayed. When the water is at the desired temp, the kettle lets out two quick beeps to let you know and instantly shuts off. The one feature I would have liked to see is a “hold temp” feature. The other improvement I would like to see is a sturdier base. It's not a problem once the kettle is on the base, but it feels a little cheap and unsteady when you are first setting it up. And when the kettle starts boiling, the base does move a bit, too. Overall, I thought it was really nice - the glass kettle seems to be of high quality and I would recommend the product to a friend or family member!

It heats up water very quickly, which is perf for busy mornings. The glass design is sleek and looks good on the countertop. One thing I noticed was that the lid does not come off, making it difficult to clean. I would still recommend this kettle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a decent kettle. The cord rolls on the bottom section, but you do have to roll it up yourself to shorten it. The display was digital and pretty easy to see the kettle info like temp. Seems like it was a sturdy make and easy to use.
