The quality of the item is superb as is the sound quality. Because they mount behind the ear they take some getting use to. I especially like that you can hear ambient sounds while you are listening to the Arc 3s.
The sound is indistinguishable to me from in ear headphones. Probably wont go back to in ear from here on. Highly recommend.
Bought these a year ago. Used every day for trail running music and language learning. The sound is immersive yet external sounds are not blocked. And “not in ear” means I can wear them for hours without worrying about ear canal discomfort following. The right ear started cutting out and I figured I would have to give them up. Fortunately they were in warranty and Cleer exchanged them, no problem. Thank you, Cleer! I hope I can enjoy them many more years.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband tested these Cleer Audio ARC 3 earbuds and he was impressed. That says a lot coming from him. He's a Sys Admin, gamer, and a performing musician, so he's picky about sound. He said the audio is super clear and balanced with no background noise, and the open ear design keeps the sound tight without outside distractions. The Dolby Atmos support adds real depth and space, and he liked being able to fine tune the EQ and levels in the Cleer+ app to get the sound exactly how he wanted it for gaming or music. He was also really impressed with the tap and movement controls and how adjustable and comfortable they are, even after wearing them for hours. He actually jumped online right away to see what else Cleer makes. I'm much less techy, but I love how they look and that case with the little display screen is such a cool detail. They sounded great to me too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first pair of open ear earbuds or headphones and I have to say, I'm a convert! I've always struggled with earbuds not staying in my ears or having to be really uncomfortable in order to stay in my ears. So these have been such a pleasure to use. They fit so comfortably over my ears that I forget that I'm wearing them. And the sound quality has been great! Not a ton of bass, but that's to be expected from earbuds. But the overall balance is really nice and everything is crisp, including phone calls. The only downside to this style is no active noise cancelling. But they are really handy for situations where you still want to be able to hear if something is happening around you, like when you're on a walk or just around the house. The case is actually very cool. I thought the display might be a little bit silly, but it's really helpful to easily be able to check battery life on the case itself instead of having to access your phone. And the battery life has been really good so far! Overall I'm just really happy with them!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cleer ARC 3 in Green are sweatproof, open-ear headphones that fit securely over the ear without sitting in the ear canal, making them a great choice for workouts or anyone who struggles with in-ear buds. The sound is crisp and well-balanced, letting you enjoy music and calls while still being aware of your surroundings. The touchscreen charging case is a standout feature, letting you control the earbuds with ease while also sterilizing them before each use for extra peace of mind.
Sounds could be a little louder but still good quality. I notice that sometimes they are hard to sync but it eventually works. I like that they don't go in the ear canal and are very comfortable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using these earbuds, I think is genius that it doesn't go inside the ear, I personally can't never get an earbud that actually fits or stays inside, these being on the outside is great! The connect well for phone calls, also the capsule will sterilize after each use. The only thing is that they will make a noise when you have them on and are not in use. But pretty good so far !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are pretty nice headphones ! I had never heard of this brand before trying and I'm highly impressed so far . I love the packaging and the color of these headphones . I enjoy how they were so easy to connect and use on the first try . The material seems to be very durable and good quality . The features on these are very unique . I have never owned a pair of headphones that have a special sterilization process once they are put back into the case and closed ! Also the case is fully equipped with a mirror ! The only cons for me have been that I don't feel that the earbuds are all the way secure and won't fall off my ears if I get into a hardcore workout . I would also enjoy if the sound could be a bit louder with stronger base . Overall, they are very solid headphones and recommend checking them out .
big and clunky. uncomfortable to wear.
