When out cycling I am not a big fan of food breaks where you stop long enough for your heart rate to drop. Fueling on the go is preferred, like at a short route stop or traffic light. These gummies have a delicious flavor. The 50mg of caffeine adds to performance. I enjoy topping off with these CLIF BLOKS. I use them for fuel when about 90-120 minutes out.

I love these energy chews. When working out or running, my mouth gets dry and sucking on a chews keeps my mouth watered. If have a busy day and I need instant energy, it is easy to reach for one chew and put it in my mouth. It tastes great! . I'm not a coffee drinking and these chews give me the best caffeine without the side effects.

These are the best energy chews that I have tried. I buy them frequently and they are reliably good. Gives a little boost with the electrolytes. Can't seem to find them in stores anymore, so Walmart seems to always have them at a good price. This order came with an expired date, however, so keep an eye on that.

I love the black cherry bloks - the flavor is great and they have the right amount of caffeine.

Came in reasonable time and not damaged. You get a lot of packages for price so it works out cheap per sleeve. The flavor is really good not sugary at all. The gummies themselves r a good size block shape. I like the energy w/o crashing or jitters. I'm a little older and these types of products affect me differently along with my meds. These don't at all. I personally use 3 blocks in one package in morning n the rest in afternoon. It works well for me for a boost! I definitely recommend to anyone who needs a boost. I💯 will be purchasing again.

Bloks are a great running or high intensity cycling source of fuel, however the calories in one sleeve is relatively minimal for the volume you consume. Hard to take in enough fuel if only consuming bloks.

I bought these before and liked them, but apparently not this flavor. Don't get the black cherry. They're awful
