Delicious and pricey!
As apart of managing my Type-1 Dianetes,I use Shot Bloks as my emergency carbs when my blood sugar drops. Tropical Punch and the Mountain Berry flavors are my favorite but they are also unfortunately your most expensive flavors. I truly ration myself with these two flavors & would love if you could give a discount to frequent purchasers.

Quick and easy access energy on a ride
Taste is great...they chew quickly and provide a nice dose of energy/calories during a ride. Easy to slide from pack on a ride...can dose the amount very easily. Favorite on-the-go calorie treat!

Go to fuel for training/long rides/races
Love Clif Bloks! I do not use anything else but these and some liquid fuel. Doesn't upset my stomach and they taste great! Love Salted Watermelon for those long hot days.

Best Flavor
This is my favorite flavor now out of all of them now. Easy and quick open to get to fits right in my jersey pocket. The blocks are a real life saver when I'm out on long rides.

Easy on the stomach
I supplement with cliff blocks every 30 minutes when doing biking or running training for ironman. Definitely keeps me from bonking and is easy on my stomach.

Excellent for mountain bike rides
A friend recommended Cliff Bloks. So I bought a few packages for upcoming rides. Honestly, they are really good. Great flavors and easily digestible while on the go. Definitely plan on keeping more on hand.

Tropical punch Bloks are great
The Tropical Punch bloks are great . I use them along with the black cherry bloks when I ride my trainer. They help me to get through my ride by giving me energy.

My favorite running, skiing and hiking fuel!
These are absolutely delicious and easy on my sensitive stomach. I like to use them for any extended physical activity that lasts longer than 45 minutes, and I love that they have a little caffeine also!!

A must for endurance athletes
I've been using Clif Shot Bloks since I first started training for endurance sports almost ten years ago. They're the best tasting energy blocks our there and are easy to hold on to or stash away in a cycling jersey.

Great product
My go to for all cycling, running and triathlon races. Lick it and stick it on the top tube if your bike for easy consumption in the race. I especially like that it has caffeine to enhance performance.
