These rock training holds will absolutely be great for my son who is a scout end they do a lot of rock climbing seeing as due to the pandemic he has been unable to participate in scouting so hopefully when this pandemic is over he will be able to still do the things he loves to do.

My husband is big into rock climbing. These have increased his grip so much! He uses them every day to help build his strength. They are easy to use and can transport anywhere. I have used them to help me increase my grip strength too. I like how we can pack them up and use them anywhere! Highly recommend!

All you really need is a (safe & durable) place to hang them from- such as a park with monkey bars or a strong tree branch..really anything that can hold your weight and is bar shaped. The jugs are about 4 pounds and come with the built in rope to hang them. They have four & three finger edges and a two finger pocket. They are a little course and potentially can end up hurting your fingers if not used properly, but the flip side of that is that they do provide a very nice grip. So if you're in the market for a simple & portable way to get some finger strengthening in between climbs, these are great!

These are great rock training holds. They can be used any number of ways. They are durable and very well made. They definitely help strengthen your grip and you can practice with different grips. I love rock climbing, but I'm just a beginner technically. This product actually helped me as a beginner with my grip, it's easy to use. I also just love the way it looks. It's very sturdy and comfortable enough to grasp. I would recommend this product to others.

So with the pandemic and all we have been finding things we love to learn and haven't had the time until now. My husband thought these would be a good start. We aren't experts by any means. However they seemed to be easy to use. The whole family did in fact. I dont know about other brands because this is new to us and 2as recommend but for these they are nice. Heavy Enough to feel sturdy but light enough that you can use them. The color really didn't matter to me at all. However the kids thought the color was neat. I will confess I so t use this as much as the rest of the family. They seem to enjoy it well. If we were to purchase more I would definitely go with this brand again.

First of all these are such a pretty marbled white and blue. I know that isn't important that they are pretty but these really are. They are also very heavy made. These can be mounted to a pull up bar, eye hooks or wood studs. Just make sure you choose a sturdy enough surface.

My kids love these. We anchored them to our brick exterior. The knots are a touch flimsy, so we recommend double knotting for safety. My husband and I are overweight. Though the ropes withstood our weight, we don't expect that to last long. People whom are 250 lbs. and up, beware. They're still good for training, just know the limits. The kids had a blast on them, and plan to build grip strength when they are older. The grip sizes are smallish, which is good because it makes it easier for more age groups My husband and I both have larger hands, so it ups the challenge! The durability of the holds seems positive. They're thick and heavy. However, we caution against constant outdoor and sun exposure. We can see how these would dry out and split quickly due to the material. All in all, a worthy product.

These are interesting. I decided to get into rock climbing just recently, so I'm getting used to learning hookie to use them. The plastic hold is actually comfortable in mt opinion. I have not had experience with any other trainers to compare but I find them study and comfy as a firsttimer
