Sturdy jungle gym. Overall happy with my purchase. Highly suggest 3 people to help build. One to hold the bars, one to hold the bar holes on the bolt, and one to screw the nut on. Can be done with 2 people, way easier with 3.
Height of structure; I'm 5'4” and my eyes were level with the grip at the top. Base of structure; I can lay down on the inside and make a snow angel without touching the jungle gym. Had 3 adults and 2 children sit inside with plenty of room for each.
issues I had
1. 3 of the nuts were a size bigger than the rest, so the “no extra tools” required was a lie in my case. The tool they sent with it did not fit those three nuts, had to break out my deep socket set, and make the holes in the handles wider to accommodate a larger nut and socket.
2. 3 of the grip handles were messed up. The hole that you put the bolt and nut through was warped and bubbled up causing the nut, washer, and socket not to fit in the hole. Had to use a holesaw drill bit to cut out those bubbled up plastic pieces. Again “no extra tools required” was a lie 😂
3. The instructions were not clear. It tells you there is a specific sequence to put the bars together on the bolt, but it doesn't tell you the orientation of your starting point bar. Had to just arrange them in the best way that fit over the bolt, we will see if it holds up after a year.
Again overall happy with my purchase, sturdy structure, and the hammock is a nice quality.
