TheseDietary pills really do clean you out. I have not lost any weight yet but I have not been eating a lot either like I used to do. I will continue to use these and hopefully I will lose some weight. But if you're looking for something to clean out your colon these are the pills for you highly recommended
This is exactly what would have helped me with my COVID 19 POUNDS! Staying at home has been - depressing. Eating and working at home, with more eating and working at home, did not help keep me physically fit. This would have accelerated my motivation and success. Unfortunately, there is a nut allergy listed on the back of the label. Didn't see it earlier. So, I can not take this product.
I suffer from constipation due to medications. I eat a high fiber diet, but sometimes that's not enough. These pills have helped me to be more regular. I've used Psyllium in the past, but I like how these pills also contain Oat Bran, Flaxseed, and probiotics. The pills are large but easy to swallow. Note that a serving size is 3 capsules.
CLINICAL DAILY Regular Cleanse these supplements have IT all in one little pill! I am always on the look out for a good colon cleanser because I believe a clean colon equals good health. These supplements did not irritate my stomach or have me running to the restroom. The process for me was a natural one, don't expect these pills to work overnight. I noticed "movement" in about three days meaning more waste then normal. I enjoy the feeling of being fully emptied. The size of the pill is not too large. The recommended dosage is three pills with 8 ounces of water. I recommend drinking lots of water. I look forward to the future benefits of having these supplements in my daily routine.
Overall, this is an okay probiotic/fiber supplement. I did not use the full 3 capsule/day dosage, as one seemed to be enough. It did get things moving, but not sure it would be my first choice for daily fiber. I did not have any weight loss from this product, but it did lessen bloating. It may be great for others though.
This Clinical Daily Regular Cleanse makes several claims including regular BMs, less bloating, daily detox, etc. that have not been evaluated by the FDA. But I can say that I evaluated the claim of regular BMs and found it to be true. I started at one capsule/day (the full dose is three capsules a day per the bottle) and one capsule was plenty to get the job done for me, so I started to give this product 5 stars. But...while some of the ingredients are standard (psyllium, for example, is in many fiber products), some are a little out there (like bentonite clay, which is an ingredient in kitty litter). And 2250 mg/capsule of their "proprietary blend" would equal 2.25 grams of fiber per capsule; if you take three, that's only 6.75 grams of fiber, less fiber than in a bowl of raisin bran. Lastly, if you are vegan, or have food allergies, the capsule (which is rather large, see photo) is made of bovine gelatin and the blend contains tree nuts PLUS all seven of the major allergens are present in their manufacturing and processing facility. Worked for me, might or might not be a good choice for you, depending on which of the product's claims you are interested in and your dietary needs.
I've tried other similar products and noticed more energy and better over-all feeling. These Clinical Daily Regular Cleanse don't seem to do a thing. I've been taking for several weeks now, but still don't see any difference than prior to taking. I'll finish the bottle, but honestly don't expect to see any change. One thing better than others is that they do not seem to have extreme onset changes. So they are more gentle than some others.
