This is a great moisturizer. I love everything about it, except the price has gone up so much, that I have stopped buying it. There are other products as good or better for much less.

The product itself is great, I did order it as a Christmas present and it came unsealed with no box. Only the little plastic on the inside that can easily be removed or replaced. It seemed like some product was missing, but that may be because I was already concerned it was open.

Its rare to get an item (which you paid for) meet the description or the pictures. Its almost like noone cares anymore because there will always be another. I bought Clinique Moisture Surge Moisturizer which I've bought for at least 13 years %26 I received a damaged jar, unable to seal so it dries up %26 arrived with an air bubble (or something which was hollow so the moisturizer was 70% full. I reached out that day, spent my time %26 money, attached pictures but unfortunately got no response of any kind from Wal-Mart or the seller that is representing their brand. Im a Wal-Mart customer %26 spend quite a bit on monthly groceries, etc. What an insult. I am so tired if this rat race. Common decency %26 courtesy, a thing of the past.
