It is not oily like some of these products, the lid is iffy getting on and off, but small price to pay for a good product.

Just enough to not pull on skin
They don't make makeup remover that has oil hardly anymore, so that we are not tugging on our skin. This has oil but is well balanced. It is great for sensitive skin does not burn.
