I'm a teacher, and I bought this for my school badge, keys, and readers. I love that it is very sturdy and the crossover style allows me to bend over to help students without whacking them in the head with my badge and keys!

no manual
the only reason why you did not get if I because it didn't come with a manual and it would have been good to have something to show you how to do it only reason I figured it out I had to go look at the picture on the ad that I got it at work shows the instruction or image that was the only way I could figure out but there was no any kind of instructions so

too short
The strap is too short to be worn crossbody unless you want the phone in your armpit. The pic with measurements leads one to believe the strap is much longer than it is.
