I like that it arrived quickly. I liked the idea of a Westminster chiming wall clock. I miss my CherryWood chiming clock that's 100 miles away , somewhere in a huge storage unit. Right out of the box I was disappointed. What a flimsy, tacky, ugly piece of cheap plastic 😱😡 To make things worse...it hasn't chimed a single time in the 12 hours it's been hanging up. I couldn't tell you if the sound makes up for the horrible better looks or not. I know it's not the batteries because I took them out of a much prettier, pleasant sounding chiming wall clock that only cost $25 from Walmart Online. I'll attempt to see if I did something incorrectly tomorrow. As for tonight, I am going to submit a return request just in case it's not me; but it's the overpriced piece of garbage I received today🤬
