I just moved into a small house by my school and decided this would be a smaller alternative to a traditional dresser. It was so easy to put together, very sturdy, and so adorable! I love it so much! Ps the attached picture is from when I was setting up my room.
This was easy to put togsether and directions were easy to follow. I had no trouble putting it together . It is serving my purpose as a "cubby" for dancers dance bags at my dance studio.
I love this cute cube organizer! It was easy to assemble!! I recommend this product!!! It's very sturdy!!!
I bought 2 and I love them!!! The perfect size, very good product for the price.
I enjoy the fact that this 6cube shelf from ClosetMaid is compact. I have a very small apartment and am using this for my 5yr olds toys. Even though I like the look of the Better Homes and Gardens cube systems better (I purchased the 16cube system about 9 months back for a different space), they were just too big for the space I wanted it in. All-in-all a cube system keeps everything nice and tidy and has aesthetic appeal. This system seems to be sturdy. I purchased the 11" wave design plastic bins from Target that fit very nicely. I also like that it only took about 20 minutes to put it together. I did not enjoy that the product came with a chip. I also do not like that the screws do not have a recess to sit in the wood. I'm afraid that they will scratch the floor even with the plastic covers on.
The shelf was easy to put together and does the job, but arrived damaged. I'm assuming it's due to delivery since all of the damaged pieces were in the same spot of the box it was delivered in. I'm sure the damage could have been avoided if the shelf had any type of protection (cardboard, bubble wrap, foam, etc) in the box.
I purchased this unit to be displayed in my living room and to be functional. All the the pieces were in the box and there were no missing hardware pieces. When I slid the panels out of the box I immediately knew this wasn't going to look well in my living room. While the dark cherry color was very rich and vibrant, the panel pieces looked very cheap. It took under 30 minutes to put together and was very simple. The small dowel rods are pretreayed with glue and need moistened to activate the glue. I had no trouble fitting the dowel rods and screws into the pre drilled holes. Once completed, I decided this sturdy enough unit would not go well with the overall look of my living room as a display unit. So, I placed it in my entry way to be used for shoes and to stay somewhat out of sight.
The item arrived to me a banged up. Broken corners and all. I had to basically put it together backwards to hide the chipped broken corners. This was a finish to my daughters room so i made it work but i will not be ordering furniture from you again.
If I could give this zero stars I would. This piece of junk is ridiculous and honestly I can't believe the manufacture or Walmart is continuing to sale without rectifying the problem. I ordered on the 9th received it on the 20th. (We had a really bad snow storm so I'll cut some slack there, although it was supposed to be delivered before the storm hit) Straight out the box it's damaged, chunks missing, dings here, there and everywhere, scratches. Had I not torn the box up opening it, this would go back. I'm just appalled at this 40.00 piece of junk I have bought. Please read reviews and take them serious when buying items. I'm uploading a few photos to show.
I ordered this for my grandmother who lives out of state, we had to pay someone to come and put it together for her. To their surprise, the wood was slightly dent/bent. Through the process of putting the furniture together pieces of the wood came off and there were extra holes made where screws didn't need to go. Needless to say, it was HORRIBLE. Now I have to pay to get it undone and ship it back.
