This machine works perfect for my neuropathy in my feet and the leg massager is great too

I bought this massager for my husband who suffers from neuropathy and is in a long recovery from two badly broken legs. He uses it every day. He likes it because you can switch it from a foot to a calf/ankle massage. We are both very happy with the product.

If you have circulation problems this has strong massages that will make you wish you had found this years ago. Feels so good! Use it multiple times daily.

DISAPPOINTING - item never arrived!

I ordered the Cloud foot and calf massager that was an early black friday promotion. Product clearly stated it came with a remote and even had pic of remote in description. Delivered product was cheaper version with no remote. Called Walmart customer service and representative stated I would receive an email and would receive correct massager with remote within 48 hrs and I could donate or give away the massager I received. Did not receive an email and did not receive new one within 48 hrs. Called customer service again and representative said the same thing before passing me up to another agent who said that I would have to return it and could not guarantee if I ordered another it wouldn't happen again. I asked the customer service agent what if I had donated it or had given it away and they had no respone. Sent item back and I will not ever order from Walmart online ever again.

Did not work, I had to send it back.
