Clover Amour Crochet Hook Set with Yarn Needle, Assorted (10 Piece)

I have been wanting these for awhile and ordered them as a replacement Christmas gift when the ones my husband purchased never arrived. My hands are aging; I was having trouble with fatigue and cramping using my traditional boye metal hooks. I will say I tried the clover soft touch and the boye ergonomic hooks, buying one of each before taking the leap and buying these. The boye ergonomic, crochet dude hook was rather bulky for my pencil hold and has a short staff between the hook and handle, really disliked it. The clover soft touch was better, being flatter but the edges on the little rubber spot irritated my thumb so I was uncertain when purchasing these and a bit worried about buying a whole set of something I might not like, they're more padded than the soft touch hooks and thicker. Thankfully these are no where near as thick as the boye/ crochet dude hooks. I have small hands and use a pencil grip but these have helped immensely with the fatigue. The size of the handle is not to thick for my small hand or a pencil grip, the shaft between the hook and the handle has plenty of room for working bobbles and the like, and the transition from boye to these has not required any change to my crocheting style. The price I paid getting them from Walmart made it easier to take the leap. This set is as much as $90 someplaces and My local big box craft store has them for $75 that's way to much to pay when you're not sure. These are the real clover amour hooks not knock offs for about half the price you can't beat the price or these hooks. From an Experienced crocheter.

I am happy with the Clover Amour Hook Set, this is my first time using this brand, I have to say they are very comfortable in the hand, the hooks glide through the yarn easy with no problem. The hook is not so long that it catches on the yarn like others I have used before. I use the I J K hooks the most but glad I have the others if I decide to use on a project that calls for a smaller hook. I crochet mostly Scarves, Beenie's, Lapghans and Afghans. I have always used inline hooks, but after using these, Clover Amour hooks are now my favorite, and I'm particular about crochet hooks. I'm glad I tried them. The only thing I have to say about this set, I didn't like the foam the hooks stand in, (maybe it's just for them to sit in the package properly) but it's not a big deal, I keep mine in a lock %26 lock rectangle container.

I can't believe I didn't buy these years ago. I saw how cheap this set was from this seller in comparison to what I'd seen on Amazon so I jumped on it, and man am I glad I did! I hold my crochet hooks like a knife and these hooks are absolutely perfect for that. They're extremely light weight and fit in my hand perfectly. I completely understand why so many people LOVE Clover hooks now.

Best hooks ever! I was hesitant to believe everyone about them, but honestly, they are quite amazing. i suggest getting a proper place to store them so they won't get hurt. they're worth it.

Look similar to other hooks but these are premium hooks at a really great price if you compare. Smoothest metal hook glides through yarn and eliminates hand cramping after first use!

For a beginner or little experienced with crochet, I followed recommendations of advanced crafters watched online. I really like the set, although it is an investment. I like that it provides easy access to various sizes of hooks and I'm also buying a beautiful case for them. It's being highly recommended for beginners and advanced crocheters alike, and I truly understand why.

well I liked how inexpensive these hooks were I haven't been wanting Clover books for a LONG time and I've saved my money for them. I finally got to buy them and was SO extremely happy with the smoothness and the feel of them. but one of my hooks is already about to come apart. these are supposed to be one of the best crochet hook sets and I've only had them for a couple, few months and one of them is already falling apart. the hook part is already coming out of the rubber part.
