I have one every morning for breakfast. It's a little expensive. I really like the taste. It comes thrown in a box together. Kind of smashed. I can't stop purchasing them. I always buy the cream cheese.

All 16 individual packages were hard and stale Tried to microwave one for 10 secs no better $46 is a lot of money for something you cannot eat. Called company waiting for a call back
