I discovered this whilst working at a summer camp in Ontario. The chef there would use it religiously and it became evident why! It works so well with all foods. Put it on mushroom before roasting in the oven, can put it into avocado salads. And plenty more uses. Only trouble is, now I'm back in Australia and there is nothing similar here!

Although the recipes on clubhouse website could be better for some suggestions as it shows us what essentially was a recipe that convinced someone this needed to go on the shelves. Most La Grille seasonings are extremely hit and miss as I usually get them on sale. This on the other hand has a really nice flavor. it's herbal, it's savory, not too sweet, yet not bitter. What really stands out is the dehydrated bell peppers in this. tSo far my best use of it is to make fries in the oven. You just simply cut them up, then in a little dipping bowl you mix some of this seasoning with any type of cooking oil you want. Then put them in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes. You can go really heavy on the seasoning where the potatoes change color pretty much and yet they still have an excellent flavor without being too over powering which is why I'm not mentioning any sort of measurements. I'm going to do have to do some experimenting with this on my own.

I love this line of seasonings from Clubhouse. We use the vegetable seasoning on vegetables and oven baked chicken and as a seasoning for macaroni salad. Just add some salad dressing or mayonnaise and sprinkle some vegetable seasoning on, mix into cooked pasta and refrigerate until ready to use! Yum!!
