I received a completely different item. The company has not resolved this issue and continues to email that the problem has been escalated. We just want what we paid for!

The look of these beds (I have large for my Dobermans) is great. However, the quality is horrible. There is only a thin center wood piece that supports the bed pad from back to front. It didn't take long for the dogs to step right through the black mesh covering the center piece. Also, I assumed that the backing of the "sofa" was padded. It is only a piece of fabric covering wood. How uncomfortable would that be for your pet to lean against? I paid a lot of money for the worst dog beds ever. I'm so very disappointed and cheated. I checked into this company before buying and they make very expensive dog beds, which I would never buy. When I found the same brand, lesser price on Walmart, I was so excited. But just because something is expensive doesn't make it good or worth it. I now have to fix the beds by putting a wood board under the pad, but can't do anything about the "headboard" of rock.
